Life Beyond BBQ

When I’m not tending to the smoker or experimenting with a new spice rub, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors, especially through fishing. It’s a different kind of relaxation, one that complements the meditative process of smoking meats. The tranquility of being out on the water, the patience required in fishing, and the thrill of a catch - it’s a balance that keeps me grounded.
